When are employees willing to talk about their job? When are they proud of their company? When do they start recommending working at their company to their friends?
Is it only when the company is one big family? Or maybe it happens when work is just work, and you can hold a separate space for your private life?
How to run a company, how to communicate with employees to make the common space between employer and employees as extensive and as healthy as possible?
In my book “Your First Customer. How to Turn Employees into Best Company Ambassadors” I talk to wise people, trying to answer this and many other questions, including how to run a business and communication to let your employees share the vision of the management board.
The book was published in 2016, but the questions are still valid and are bringing new answers. Because we are changing, and so does the surrounding reality.
Hence the return to the interviews, but this time in the form of “Your First Customer” videos, which I make with invaluable help from producers Rościsław Szwedow and Jarek Dąbrowski, and Aude team.
