Top content marketing organizations

Even though many companies are still groping in the area of content marketing, the sector is doing its best to support marketers. There appeared centres which, on the one hand, were a reply to the need for institutionalising and structuring the increasingly popular content marketing, and on the other hand – they were to support agencies/companies in their new marketing activities and promote good examples. Here's a list of major content marketing organisations and associations monitoring the sector, educating, publishing research and, what's important, allowing companies to be present with their content marketing operations on a broad scale.

Stowarzyszenie Content Marketing Polska (Content Marketing Poland Association) Formerly known as the Custom Press Association. Formulates and popularises high quality norms and standards for publishing business in Poland. Since 2010 the association also functions within the International Content Marketing Forum. One of its key initiatives is the largest publishing competition and gala in Poland, Szpalty Roku, awarding content marketing project in several categories. Aude has been the member of SCMP since its formation in 2008.

Content Marketing Association (CMA) – Formerly The Association of Publishing Agencies (APA), the oldest organisation representing the content marketing sector. It gathers agencies from all over the world producing valuable content for brands, both in traditional and digital formats. Organises the annual International Content Marketing Awards – the best custom publishing competition. The list of publications nominated in 2012 included a title prepared by Aude – “@amazing” by Netia.

International Content Marketing Forum (ICMF) International organisation gathering custom publishing associations. The Forum represents and popularises the highest norms in the sector. Its main goal is to promote content publishing as a key marketing tool. One of ICMF members is the Content Marketing Poland Association, in which Aude as a member agency has paid access to the data and research administered by the organisation as well as networking opportunities.

The Content Council Formerly Custom Content Council (CCC), American organisation representing the largest professional content marketing agencies. Aude is one of few Polish agencies which are members of the CCC. The organisation serves as a local content marketing centre popularising professional knowledge via printed materials, its website and blog (where you can also find our article.) It organises the annual Pearl Awards for the best content marketing publications from all over the world. Publications by Aude won six awards in the competition in 2013.

Content Marketing Institute (CMI) – Centre providing regular research on content marketing business, as well as latest information on the effectiveness and use of custom publishing tools. The leading source of knowledge and advice in the sector.

Forum Corporate Publishing Association gathering content marketing agencies from German speaking countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland.) Currently has 110 members, which makes it the largest content publishing association in the business.
