Publication on corporate organizational culture, treated as a communication, employer branding and onboarding tool. Usually presents company values, working and communication style, vision and employee stories in a colourful and amusing way, may also include information about employee benefits and recruitment. It is addressed to employees (usually they take part in creating the culture book), fresh employees, and even potential candidates – as a company showpiece. Its form derives more from family album than a report – culture books are by definition characterised by encouraging and unconventional content, while photos of employees and company events outweigh raw data. It is published in regular intervals, e.g every year, or occasionally, both in digital and printed form.
