Golden projects – AUDE at the POCMA 2021

The many laurels we have won so far have spoiled us a little bit, however, we did wait for the Power of Content Marketing Awards 2021 jury verdict in front of our screens (the event was held online due to the pandemic) on pins and needles.

And there they are – two Golden Awards! For tangible evidence that organizational culture matters, and for consistent progress – thus the jury justified its highest appreciation for the projects we carry out for ING Bank Śląski.

Golden ING culture book

“Team power. #simply ING” is the title of the fourth edition of this exceptional employee publication that a culture book is. This year, it was indeed very exceptional as the time has been very unusual. On more than two hundred pages the bankers talk about themselves, their teams and successes, the exceptional solidarity during the pandemic – not only with one another but also with the environment they live in, and the community they are part of. Their activities, spontaneous actions, carefully planned projects, kindness, and care make up the image of exceptional ING organizational culture. They are proof of team power. And that’s the aspect emphasized by the jury, which awarded the project with gold in the One-Time Publication category. In addition, it is a beautiful album with extraordinary graphics by Marcin Rutkowski, Creative Director of AUDE. ING shares whole publication here. Enjoy!

Golden BAŚKA

It’s hard to think of a better birthday gift for a magazine than appreciation of experts – and the following prestige. Our 27-year-old has just won the highest laurel in the category Employee Magazine over 1000 copies not only for its beauty but above all – as the jury put it – for consistent progress. Similar to a culture book, the articles in BAŚKA are a record of the pandemic year when employees were building their community in exceptionally difficult times. As always, BAŚKA was close to them – supporting them whenever there was a problem and celebrating their successes. It’s worth taking a look at how creative, original, and engaged ING employees are. This is the last paper edition, beautifully designed by our graphic designers Marcin Rutkowski and Ania Ogórek. Next year BAŚKA is going to present its digital face – in line with the times. In the meantime, take a nostalgic look at our awarded publication.
